The present invention relates to a sweet rice drink using spawn of a pollack having a lot of unsaturated fatty acids in high protein and a preparation method thereof. The sweet rice drink using spawn of a pollack is manufactured by aging a first mixture and a second mixture. The first mixture is mixed with spawn of a pollack of which moisture is removed after being preserved in salt and washed with water, red pepper powder, sugar, garlic and ginger. The second mixture is mixed with one type of steamed rice selected among steamed polished rice, steamed glutinous rice, steamed brown rice, and steamed rice with barely, wheat, millet, five grains, white radish, newly harvested barely and corn.본 발명은 고단백의 불포화지방산을 풍부하게 함유하고 있는 명란을 이용하는 것으로, 소금에 절인 후 물로 씻고 물기를 제거한 명란, 고춧가루, 설탕, 마늘, 생강을 혼합하여 조성된 제1혼합물과, 흰쌀밥, 찹쌀밥, 현미밥, 보리밥, 밀밥, 좁쌀밥, 조밥, 오곡밥, 견과류밥, 무밥, 햇보리밥, 옥수수밥 중 선택되는 어느 1종의 밥을 혼합하여 조성된 제2혼합물을 숙성시켜 제조한 명란 식해 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
