SOLUTION: The method for producing a frozen mandarin orange includes: rolling a mandarin orange 2 on a plate 7 where pins 6 are set up to make small holes 4 passing through the inner skin 3 on the peel 1 of the mandarin orange 2 freezing the mandarin orange 2 on which the small holes 4 are made thawing only the surface of the frozen mandarin orange and eliminating the thawed peel 1.
