The present invention relates to a method for removing a pigment from a natural ingredient extract by a physical means. According to the present invention, a natural ingredient extract without a pigment resolves a problem caused in the case of using a natural ingredient extract containing a pigment, and can be used as a liquid ingredient or a powder ingredient.
