The present invention provides a method for producing milk characterized by using a hollow fiber membrane module to degas the dissolved gas in milk while suppressing the resin odor. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for producing milk having a step of degassing dissolved gas from milk using a hollow fiber membrane module, wherein the hollow fiber membrane used in the hollow fiber membrane module is a skin layer.
