PURPOSE: A pallet disinfection apparatus is provided to rapidly disinfect a plurality of pallets and to maintain inner temperature constant. CONSTITUTION: A pallet disinfection apparatus comprises a controller(10), a pallet feeder(20), a disinfection part(30), an air washing part(40), a high temperature disinfection part(50), a pallet loader(60), and a conveyor(70). The controller is installed in one side of the apparatus and controls operation and power source. The pallet feeder supplies a pallet. The disinfection part sprays liquid disinfecting chemicals to the provided pallet. The air washing part eliminates liquid disinfecting chemicals from the pallet. The high temperature disinfection part disinfects carried pallets by using high temperature heat. The pallet loader loads the disinfected pallets. The conveyor transfers pallets.본 발명에 따른 건조가 용이한 고온소독부가 구비된 파레트소독설비는 외측에 전반적인 작동 및 전원을 제어하는 제어부(10)가 구성되고, 일측에 다수의 파레트(2)를 공급하는 파레트공급기(20)가 구성되며, 상기 파레트공급기(20)에 연결되어 파레트(2)의 외면에 액상소독약재(3)를 분무하는 약재소독부(30)가 구성되고, 상기 약재소독부(30)와 연결되어 파레트(2)에 묻은 액상소독약재(3)를 제거 및 건조하는 에어세척부(40)가 구성되며, 상기 에어세척부(40)에 연결되어 파레트(2)를 고온의 열로 소독하는 고온소독부(50)가 구성되고, 상기 고온소독부(50)에 연결되어 파레트(2)를 적재하는 파레트적재기(60)가 구성되며, 상기 파레트공급기(20)와 파레트적재기(60)에 연이어 연결된 컨베이어부(70)로 구성되어 파레트의 이동과 동시에 오염된 파레트를 소독하는 파레트소독설비를 구현하여 대량의 파레트를 신속하고 편리하게 소독하고, 자동온도제어부를 구비하여 내부온도를 일정하게 유지하며, 공압으로 구동되는 펌프로 불필요한 전력소모를 방지하고, 내부에 적재된 파레트의 유무를 자동으로 확인하여 작업자의 편리성을 상승시키는 효과가 있다.
