PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for hot-water disinfection and cooling of rice seed, enabling a series of hot-water disinfection treatment of rice seed by a simple operation and having a small size and high capacity.SOLUTION: The apparatus for hot-water disinfection and cooling of rice seed is provided with a hot-water tank having a specific length and a cooling tank placed in a row.
