The invention relates to a method of preparing a stable liquid therapeutic protein pharmaceutical (biopharmaceutical) comprising: a) obtaining an open-ended container comprising a sample, wherein the sample is a therapeutic protein in a solution； b) freezing the sample； c) applying a vacuum while the sample is frozen and； d) sealing the open end of the container while the sample is frozen and while the vacuum is applied to obtain the liquid therapeutic protein composition.L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un produit pharmaceutique de protéine thérapeutique liquide stable (biopharmaceutique) consistant à : a) obtenir un récipient à extrémité ouverte comprenant un échantillon, l'échantillon étant une protéine thérapeutique dans une solution ； b) congeler l'échantillon ； c) appliquer un vide pendant que l'échantillon est congelé et ； d) sceller l'extrémité ouverte du récipient pendant que l'échantillon est congelé et pendant que le vide est appliqué pour obtenir la composition de protéine thérapeutique liquide.
