PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door type fermented soybeans container in which strings of fermented soybeans or few number of beans do not attach and spices do not jump out when peeling a protecting sheet in the container.SOLUTION: A protecting sheet drawing out pinching part 5 is projected from the side end part of an opening aperture part and cutting out aperture so as to be able to pinch the protecting sheet 1 without opening and closing the lid 4 of the container and is drawn out in a lateral direction from the gap between the lid 4 and the body container 2, thereby the strings of the fermented soybeans and the attached beans are scraped and stopped.
