The present invention relates to a chair inclination angle controlling device for a wheelchair. The chair inclination angle controlling device for a wheelchair includes a chair frame, a wheel frame, and a control unit. The chair frame has a pin connection bar and a leader pin. Also, a pin connection unit is installed on the wheel frame to correspond to the pin connection bar installed on the chair frame, and the pin connection bar is connected by passing through the pin connection unit. Also, a guide groove is installed on the wheel frame, and the leader pin installed on the chair frame can slide and move after penetrating and connected to a guide groove. Also, the control unit includes a cylinder and an operation unit, and the cylinder has a tappet (slide rod). The tappet and the cylinder are fixed to each of the chair frames and the wheel frames and control contraction and relaxation corresponding to each other between the tappet (slide rod) of the cylinder and a cylinder main body by using the operation unit.
