A wheelchair for preventing a pressure sore can prevent, in advance, a pressure sore which may occur around a user&prime；s buttocks by forcing a portion of a seat unit to be repetitively lifted up and down by using a driving force of wheels so as to periodically change the load concentrated around nodules of the user&prime；s buttocks. The wheelchair for preventing a pressure sore comprises: a main frame； wheels installed in the main frame； a driving force transfer unit capable of transmitting the driving force of the wheels； and a seat unit installed in the main frame.욕창 방지 휠체어는, 시트부의 일부를 바퀴의 구동력을 이용하여 반복적으로 승하강하도록 하여, 사용자의 둔부 결절 주변에 집중되어 있던 하중을 주기적으로 변화시켜 둔부 주변에 발생할 수 있는 욕창을 사전에 예방할 수 있다.
