The present invention relates to a wheelchair for preventing a fall accident. The wheelchair for preventing a fall accident is to solve a problem in which the fall accident frequently occurs in an existing inclined place and when a user gets off the fall accident by preventing the fall accident by maintaining horizontality of a seat by a wheelchair inclination controller. In other words, according to the present invention, the wheelchair comprises: a wheelchair seat having the soft seat so that a user can comfortably sit a wheelchair footboard which is not comfortable when the user places feet on the wheelchair footboard, and the wheelchair footboard is formed to move inside by being bent downward not to be in contact with the bottom when an inclination of the wheelchair is controlled on an inclined surface a wheelchair front wheel which has a small diameter and is hard to easily change a direction the wheelchair inclination controller formed in a lever shape holding the center of the seat by connecting a rear wheel of the wheelchair and the front wheel by a horizontal shaft to prevent the user from falling down on the inclined place and prevent the fall accident when the user gets off the wheelchair while the wheelchair is stopped the wheelchair rear wheel having a motor and a battery to help the wheelchair drive when it is hard for the user to operate the wheelchair and a wheelchair brake having a hand lever structure to stop the wheelchair when the wheelchair drives.
