The present invention relates to an apparatus for inserting a surgical sample bag. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus for inserting a surgical sample bag comprises: a main body unit provided with a first space, in which a surgical sample bag is mounted, in a longitudinal direction of the apparatus a cover unit provided with a second space communicated with the first space in a vertical direction, which is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the apparatus a rod mounted as being disposed in the second space of the cover unit in the longitudinal direction of the apparatus and a manipulation unit which is connected to the main body to be movable along the longitudinal direction of the apparatus.
