The present invention relates to a dip bag for a regular coffee jelly and comprises: a filter body having an outer cover of which both opposite side surfaces are pressed and sealed, wherein a first filter body and a second filter body are installed to be vertically separated from each other on the inner side surface of the outer cover； a mounting member consisting of fixing units attached to the opposite outer covers respectively and a mounting unit which is integrated with the fixing unit and is expanded and mounted on the outer circumferential surface of the upper end in a cup； coffee powder filled in an upper side of the first filter body； and gelatin powder filled in an upper side of the second filter body. The gelatin powder is 25-60 parts by weight while the coffee powder is 100 parts by weight.
