A warm fluid eye massage device, with: a fluid passageway comprising a water tank 111, a circulating pump 113, and a water bag 2 to be placed in contact with the eye region; a heater member 112 mounted upon, and in thermal communication with, the water tank 111; a main body 1 with a front portion upon which the tank 111, pump 113, and heater 112 are mounted, and a rear portion upon which the water bag 2 is mounted; a control unit 3 with a thermometer to regulate the heater member and fluid temperature; a cover 4 for receiving the components mounted on the front portion of the main body; and a fixing ring 5 to fix the water bag 2 to the main body; wherein: the water bag has a contact surface 22 and a backing surface 23, which together define a volume within the water bag forming part of the fluid passageway, and the contact surface 22 comprises two concave areas positioned to align with the users eyes. The massaging device may include vibrating motors 6, and heat dissipation holes 42, and a band or belt to attach to the head.
