The present invention relates to a seamless capsule manufacturing method and a seamless capsule manufacturing apparatus using the same and, more specifically, to a seamless capsule manufacturing method and a seamless capsule manufacturing apparatus using the same which properly adjust the thickness and strength of a film enclosing liquid to uniformly maintain strength of a seamless capsule, allow the film to be easily destroyed under a proper pressure or a prescribed condition only to facilitate manufacture and use of the capsule, and form the seamless capsule in a perfectly spherical shape to increase the degree of completion. The seamless capsule manufacturing method comprises: a) a film manufacturing step； b) a liquid manufacturing step； c) a capsule forming step of enclosing the liquid of the step b) with the film of the step a) to form a capsule； and d) a capsule postprocessing step of hardening and drying the formed capsule.
