The present invention relates to a roaster which is vertically formed and has a perforated shaft inside a drum to vertically roast grains. The roaster is capable of being installed in a small space and reduces costs by emitting heat through holes of the perforated shaft to heat the inside of the drum and stirring the grains through the rotation of the perforated shaft.
