According to the present invention, it is possible to efficiently roast grain by the operation of the stirring wing.본 발명에 의한 곡물 볶음장치는, 내부에 곡물수용공간이 형성되어 곡물이 수용되고 내부에는 방사상으로 고정 배치된 다수의 교반날개가 구비되어 회전에 의해 곡물을 승강 및 낙하시키는 드럼조립체와, 상기 드럼조립체를 지지하고 일측에 회전력발생수단과 발열수단을 구비하여 상기 드럼조립체에 회전력 및 열을 제공하는 몸체와, 상기 회전력발생수단 및 발열수단의 동작을 조작하기 위한 조작부를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 한다.
