PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To selectively extract from OCT measurement data the image data for only the choroid vascular plexus present in a choroid layer, and accurately obtain from the image data the thickness of the choroid blood vessels and thickness of the choroid vascular plexus, thereby enabling quantitative evaluation of the choroid vascular plexus.SOLUTION: An optical coherence tomography apparatus comprises: an optical coherence tomograph and a computer for performing image processing of a three-dimensional OCT image obtained on the basis of the OCT measurement data acquired by the optical coherence tomograph.
