PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray diagnostic apparatus capable of enhancing manipulation efficiency in the manipulation of a catheter, and to provide an image processing method thereof.SOLUTION: A photographing mechanism 10 photographs a subject at a specific photographing angle by X-rays and an A/D converter 22 obtains the data of the X-ray image related to the specific observation angle corresponding to the specific photographing angle. A three-dimensional image memory 26 stores the data of the three-dimensional image related to the blood vessel subjected to roentgenography of the subject and a three-dimensional blood vessel image processing section 38 produces the data of the blood vessel image related to another observation angle different from the specific observation angle on the basis of the data of the three-dimensional image.
