The present invention is about photography device and oral photographic which with function of sensing position. It’s to set a posture sensor on a photography unit to detect the deviating angle of the photography unit. A processor base on the deviating angle to revolve an image taken by the photography unit to a correctly angle, and it makes the image can demonstrate on a better observational direction. The oral photographic more sets a database to storage a base oral image. The processor sets an origin point on the base oral image which is relatively to an oral image taken by the photography unit. When the posture sensor detects a deviating angle and a position sensor detects a displacement from the photography unit, the processor will stacks the oral image on the base oral image on relatively position to show the staking image immediately.本發明係為一種具姿態感應功能之攝影裝置及口腔攝影器,係在一攝影單元上設置一姿態感測單元,藉由該姿態感測單元感測該攝影單元之姿態偏離角度,並由一處理單元根據該姿態偏離角度運算處理,將該攝影單元所拍攝之一拍攝影像旋轉一校正角度,使拍攝影像能在顯示單元上產生最佳觀測方位輸出;該口腔攝影器更設置有儲存口腔畫面之資料庫,該處理單元根據該攝影單元拍攝之口腔影像,在該口腔畫面相對位置定義一參考座標原點,當該姿態感測單元配合一位移感測單元感測該攝影單元位移一特定位置或/及旋轉一特定角度後,該處理單元藉由相對位置概念,將該攝影單元所拍攝之口腔影像疊合於該口腔畫面相對位置,由顯示單元即時輸出疊合影像。(1)...攝影單元(2)...姿態感測單元(3)...處理單元(4)...顯示單元
