PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device which makes it easy to grasp a correlation between a shape in the fundus oculi (retina) of the eye to be tested and the blood vessel.SOLUTION: An image processing device includes: a tomographic image generating part which generates a three-dimensional tomographic image of the fundus oculi of the eye to be tested a blood vessel image generating part generating a blood vessel image 501 in association with a position relation with the three-dimensional tomographic image and reflecting the blood vessels of the fundus oculi a shape analysis part acquiring shape information related to the shape of the fundus oculi by analyzing the three-dimensional tomographic image generated by the tomographic image generating part a blood vessel evaluation part evaluating the blood vessel 510 included in the blood vessel image 501 by using the shape information acquired by the shape analysis part and a display control part which performs control to display to the display part an evaluation result of the blood vessels by the blood vessel evaluation part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】被検眼の眼底(網膜)における形状と血管との対応関係を把握し易くする画像処理装置を提供する。【解決手段】被検眼の眼底の3次元断層画像を生成する断層画像生成部と、当該3次元断層画像との位置関係が対応付いている血管画像であって当該眼底の血管が映し出された血管画像501を生成する血管画像生成部と、断層画像生成部で生成された3次元断層画像を解析することにより眼底の形状に係る形状情報を取得する形状解析部と、形状解析部で取得された形状情報を用いて血管画像501に含まれる血管510を評価する血管評価部と、血管評価部による血管の評価結果を表示部に表示する制御を行う表示制御部を備える。【選択図】図5
