The film part is deformable. The film part includes: a first end portion supported by the supporting part, a center, a first region being positioned between the center and the first end portion and having first rigidity； and a second region being positioned between the first region and the first end portion and having second rigidity lower than the first rigidity. The first sensor part is provided in the first region and includes a first magnetic layer, a second magnetic layer and a first intermediate layer provided between the first magnetic layer and the second magnetic layer.
