The present invention relates to a rice noodle manufacturing apparatus and, more specifically, relates to an apparatus capable of producing a large quantity of 100% pure rice noodles, which are beneficial for health and tasty, through a simple process. The manufacturing apparatus comprises: a conveyor (30) supported in a frame (20) to be rotatable, and moving a rice cake solid (10), which is obtained by semi-drying a pure rice cake in a rectangular mold, while having the solid placed on the top； a latchet unit (40) moving the rice cake solid (10) pitch by pitch by repeatedly moving and stopping the conveyor (30) at regular intervals； a cutter (50) located at the front end of the conveyor (30) to be vertical to the moving direction of the conveyor (30), and including a vertical blade (51) and a horizontal blade (52)； and an elevating cylinder (60) elevating and dropping the cutter (50). The horizontal blade (52) has an arc shape, of which center is higher than both ends, and vertical blades (51) are arranged in an arc formation along the shape of the horizontal blade (52) at regular intervals.본 발명은 쌀국수 제조장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 100% 순수 쌀로 건각에 유익하면서 맛이 구수하고 감칠맛이 나는 쌀면을 간단한 공정으로 대량 생산할 수 있도록 발명된 것이다.본 발명의 제조장치는, 후레임(20)에 회전 가능하게 축지지 되며, 순수 쌀로 된 떡을 장방형의 형틀에서 반건조시켜 얻어진 떡고형체(10)를 상부에 안착시킨 상태로 이동시키는 콘베이어(30)와, 상기 콘베이어(30)를 일정 간격으로 정지와 이동을 반복 작동하여 떡고형체(10)를 1피치씩 이동시키는 래칫수단(40)과, 상기 콘베이어(30)의 선단에 콘베이어(30)의 작동 방향과 수직하게 위치되며 수직날(51)과 수평날(52)이 각각 구비되는 커터(50)와, 상기 커터(50)를 상하로 승하강 시키는 승강실린더(60)로 구성되되,상기 수평날(52)은 양쪽 끝단부보다 중앙부가 높은 둥근 호형상으로 성형되고, 수직날(51)들은 일정간격으로 수평날(52)의 형상을 따라 일정한 거리를 두고 호형상으로 각각 배치되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
