The present invention relates to a device of performing continuous punching, and cooling and transferring rice cake for pan-broiled rice cake (tteokpokki). The device comprises: a semi-cylindrical housing including a hopper formed on a rear end and an outlet formed in a front end, and having a cross section in a form of two combined U-shaped cylinders; a transfer means including a pair of rotary shafts axially installed in a longitudinal direction of the housing and provided to rotate inwardly and respectively by a pair of motors, punching blades disposed in a spiral shape at regular intervals on an outer peripheral surface of the pair of rotary shafts while having a predetermined inclination, and a pressurizing screw provided on the outer peripheral surface of the pair of rotary shafts disposed to be closed to the outlet; a water tank-type cooling passage provided to surround sides extending upward and downward in a longitudinal direction of the semi-cylindrical housing and including a cooling water inlet and a cooling water outlet disposed at front and rear sides, respectively; and a punching unit protruding vertically along semi-cylindrical joints on both sides in a longitudinal direction of an inner side of the housing and configured to enable the punching blades to punch a transferred steamed material while the punching blades rotate inwardly. In a process of introducing and transferring the steamed material towards a forming unit, the transfer means are configured to continuously punch (pounding) the steamed material while transferring the steamed material, and the steamed material is cooled by heat exchange with cooling water and discharged. Accordingly, the rice cake has a soft texture, a sticky property, and an excellent restoring property, and is not easily hardened.
