PURPOSE: An alcohol spraying apparatus for spraying alcohol on both surfaces of rice cake is provided to repeatedly turn over the rice cake by the symmetric installation angle of a sliding plate for uniformly spraying the alcohol. CONSTITUTION: An alcohol spraying apparatus for spraying alcohol on both surfaces of rice cake comprises the following: a lifting conveyor(10) lifting the molded rice cake； a supporter(20) supporting the lifting conveyor； an alcohol sprayer(30) fixed on one upper side of the supporter for inserting the rice cake moving on the lifting conveyor, and spraying the alcohol on the surface of the inserted rice cake； an alcohol storage tank(40) supplying the alcohol to the alcohol sprayer； a body(31) with a hollow space in the inside, fixed to one upper side of the supporter； a first sliding plate(32) installed one inner surface of the body for sliding the rice cake to the lower side of the body by having a tapered structure； a second sliding plate installed on the other inner surface of the body for sliding the rice cake slid from the first sliding plate； a first alcohol spraying unit spraying the alcohol toward the first sliding plate for coating one surface of the rice cake； and a second spraying unit spraying the alcohol toward the second sliding plate for coating the other surface of the rice cake.본 발명은 주정도포기에 의해 떡의 양면에 고르게 주정이 도포될 수 있기 때문에 주정공정에서의 작업효율성이 크게 향상되고 떡의 양면에 고른 주정공정이 진행되어 떡의 살균 및 소독 작업이 용이하게 이루어질 뿐만 아니라, 주정도포기의 제1미끄럼판과 제2미끄럼판에 의해 떡이 주정도포기의 하부측으로 떨어지는 과정에서 자동적으로 뒤집어 짐에 따라 떡의 양면에 대한 고른 주정 분사가 가능하며, 작업자가 수작업에 의해 떡을 뒤집지 않아도 되어 작업성의 향상과 함께 생산성의 증대를 유도할 수 있으며, 주정저장탱크에 저장된 주정이 고르게 분사됨으로써 주정성분이 저하됨에 따라 야기되는 문제점이 해결될 수 있는 떡 주정장치를 제공하고자 한다.이를 위해 본 발명은, 성형된 떡이 승강 이송되는 승강컨베어(10)와； 상기 승강컨베어(10)를 지지하는 지지체(20)와； 상기 지지체(20)의 일측 상단에 고정되어 상기 승강컨베어(10)를 타고 승강 이송되는 떡이 투입되며 투입된 떡의 표면에 주정을 분사하여 도포하는 주정도포기(30)와； 상기 주정도포기(30)에 주정을 공급하는 주정저장탱크(40)가 포함되어 이루어진다.상기 주정도포기(30)는, 상기 지지체(20)의 일측 상단에 고정되고 내부가 중공형성된 함체형 몸체(31)와； 상기 몸체(31)의 내면 일측에 균등간격으로 이격설치되고
