PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a solid content-containing container-packaged beverage capable of stably maintaining, despite imparting a smooth drinking texture, a state where the solid content is being homogeneously dispersed and suspended and of imparting, amidst the ingestion thereof, a fruity sensation of being perpetually mouthful of fruit and a delicate fruity texture as well as a pleasant body/taste added to the beverage liquid per se.SOLUTION: The provided solid content-containing container-packaged beverage comprises 0.012-0.046 mass% of a deacylated gellan gum alone as a gelling agent, additionally includes 0.08-1.28 mass% of a water-soluble calcium salt and 0.1-64 mass% of a solid content, and exhibits a viscosity measurement value of 5-30 mPa s at 10°C.【課題】サラッとした飲み口でありながら固形分を均一に分散させて浮遊している状態を安定的に維持でき、さらに飲用中常に果実をほおばったような果実感、果肉の繊細な食感と、飲料液自体に付加された心地よいコク味を感じることができる固形分含有容器詰飲料を提案する。【解決手段】ゲル化剤として脱アシル型ジェランガムのみを0.012~0.046質量%含むと共に、0.08~1.28質量%の水溶性カルシウム塩と、固形分を0.1~64質量%とを含み、10℃での粘度測定値が5~30mPa・sである固形分含有容器詰飲料である。【選択図】なし
