The present invention relates to a dried citrus snack and a method for manufacturing the same, comprising citrus slices of 3 mm-8 mm in thickness with peels, a coating layer laminated on the citrus slices with a solution containing lemon juice, lime juice, and citric acid, or a combination thereof, and a syrup layer stacked on the coating layer. The present invention allows manufacturing a product of uniform quality while improving preservability and maintaining the unique aroma, flavor and color of citrus as a snack to the fullest extent possible.본 발명은 3mm 내지 8mm 두께로 슬라이싱된 외피를 갖는 감귤절편, 상기 감귤절편에 적층된 레몬즙, 라임즙, 구연산 또는 그 조합을 포함하는 용액의 살포층 및 상기 살포층에 적층된 시럽층을 포함하는 건조감귤스낵, 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로 본 발명을 이용할 경우 귤 본연의 향, 맛, 색상을 최대한 유지한 채 스낵으로 섭취할 수 있으면서도 저장성이 개선되고 균일한 품질의 상품을 얻을 수 있다.
