PURPOSE: Fruits containing high content of calcium, and a cultivation method thereof are provided to use a reaction result obtained from reacting calcium nitrate and malic acid. CONSTITUTION: A cultivation method of fruits containing high content of calcium comprises the following steps: adding malic acid into a mixture of calcium nitrate of water, and reacting the mixture at the high temperature and in the high pressure； producing a calcium fodder composition with improved calcium solubility, containing the reaction result of the malic acid and the calcium nitrate, or a malic acid-calcium binding compound； and contacting the calcium fodder composition with fruit trees. The calcium fodder composition has a liquid or powder form, and additionally contains more than one material selected from sulfide, a wetting agent, a surfactant, and an inorganic nutrient element.본 발명은 칼슘 함량 강화 과일의 재배 방법 및 이 방법에 의하여 얻어진 칼슘 함량 강화 과일을 개시한다. 본 발명의 칼슘 함량 강화 과일의 재배 방법은 질산칼슘과 말산을 고온·고압하에서 반응시켜 얻어진 반응 결과물 또는 이러한 반응 결과물로부터 얻어진 말산과 칼슘 결합 화합물을 이용함을 특징으로 한다.
