The present invention relates to a method for impregnating liposomes in a spicule pore, more specifically i) mixing the dried spicule and the liposome solution and then reducing the pressure； ii) A method of impregnating liposomes in a spicule pore, including impregnating a liposome into a pore of a spicule while maintaining a vacuum when a set pressure is reached.본 발명은 스피큘 세공 내에 리포좀을 함침하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 i) 건조된 스피큘과 리포좀 용액을 혼합한 다음 감압하고； ii) 설정 압력에 도달하면 진공 상태를 유지하며 스피큘의 세공에 리포좀을 함침하는 것을 포함하는 스피큘 세공 내에 리포좀을 함침하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
