PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handrail device capable of adapting to various walking modes.SOLUTION: A handrail device comprises: a handrail unit, which is composed of a handrail body disposed on one or both of right and left marginal parts of a base and placed at a lower position face of an uneven part and a slope unit, which is installed in an inclined state across a higher position face of the uneven part and the base and restricted in downward movement in inclined direction by restriction means installed between the handrail body and the slope unit.
