PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a walking assistance device capable of stably supporting the body of a user performing standing motion or seating motion.SOLUTION: The walking assistance device 900 includes an auxiliary cart 100 for supporting the users walking, and a pants body 200 to be worn by the user. The auxiliary cart 100 includes a handrail 110 to which proximal ends of a pair of webbings 150 are attached, frame parts 121, 122, 123 and 130 for supporting the handrail 110, and a moving part. The pants body 200 includes engagement parts which can be engaged with the distal ends of the pair of webbings 150 respectively on the rigth and left sides.
