PURPOSE: A health supplement food using mulberry leaf powder, mulberry juice, potato starch, and silkworm powder, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to secure the texture of the food by forming the food into a granule form. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a health supplement food using mulberry leaf powder, mulberry juice, potato starch, and silkworm powder comprises the following steps: mixing 6~8wt% of mulberry leaf powder, 1.8~2.2wt% of mulberry juice, 0.8~1.2wt% of potato starch, and 88~92wt% of silkworm powder to form a mixture； kneading the mixture and molding into a granule form； drying the molded product； and packing the dried product.본 발명은 누에가루를 이용한 건강식품 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로는 누에가루를 주원료로 하고 여기에 뽕잎가루와 오디즙, 감자전분을 첨가하여 질감이 좋은 과립형태로 제조하여서 건강식품으로 식감 및 식미에 거부감을 느끼지 않고 부담없이 섭취할 수 있으면서 보관이 용이한 누에가루를 이용한 건강식품 제조방법에 관한 것이다.즉, 본 발명은 누에가루 89~91중량%, 뽕잎가루 6~8중량%, 10~15 brix의 오디즙 1.8~2.2중량%, 감자전분 0.8~1.2중량%로 혼합한 혼합물을 반죽하고 이를 과립상태로 성형한 후 55~65℃의 온도에서 1시간 내지 1시간 30분 동안 건조하고 포장하는 단계로 이루어지는 누에가루를 이용한 건강식품 제조방법을 특징으로 한다.
