PURPOSE: A method of peeling skin of spring onions is provided to prevent damage of the spring onions when peeling off the root and unnecessary leaves, and to reset the apparatus according to the thickness of the spring onions.CONSTITUTION: The white part of spring onions is trimmed by a pre-processing nozzle equipped in the side of a green part transfer conveyor(110), and a nozzle for peeling white part. The white part of spring onions is trimmed while being transferred on the green part transfer conveyor. When the spring onions reach the front end of the green part transfer conveyor, the spring onions are inserted between white part transfer conveyors(120) by being supported and transferred. The green part of the spring onions is trimmed by a nozzle for a peeling green part(140), while the white part of the spring onions is trapped between the white part transfer conveyors. High pressure water or air supplied to the spring onions through the nozzles for peeling the white part and green part removes unnecessary skin or soil from the spring onions. An anti-sagging conveyor part(113,123) is additionally equipped on the side of the white part transfer conveyor and the green part transfer conveyor respectively.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013본 발명은 대파탈피방법에 관한 것으로, 대파탈피방법에 있어서, 먼저, 제어부의 전원을 켜면 구동모터에 의해 청부이송컨베이어부(110)와, 백부이송컨베이어부(120)와, 가이드컨베이어가 동시에 구동하게 되고, 작업자가 가이드컨베이어에 탈피 대상인 파를 올려놓음으로써 대파가 이송되는 것으로,상기 대파의 백부는 상기 청부이송컨베이어부(110)의 측방에 설치된 전처리 노즐과, 백부탈피노즐부(1300에 의해 파의 백부가 다듬질 되어지는 것으로, 즉, 상기 대파의 백부는 청부이송컨베이어부(110)에서 이송되는 동안 다듬질되어지고, 상기 대파가 청부이송컨베이어부(110)의 전단부에 다다르면 대파는 백부이송컨베이어부(120) 사이로 유입되어지면서 지지 및 이송이 이루어지게 되며,이때, 상기 백부이송컨베이어부(120) 사이에는 파의 백부가 끼여지고, 상기 백부이송컨베이어부(120)의 측방에 설치된 청부탈피노즐부(140)에 의해 파의 청부가 다듬질 되어지는 것으로, 이와 같이 대파의 청부 또는 백부가 지지되어 이송되는 과정에서 탈피부의 노즐을 통해 고압의 물 또는 공기가 대파측으로 공급되면, 상기 대파의 불필요한 껍질이나 흙 등이 제거되는 것으로, 본 발명의 대파탈피기에 의한 탈피방법은 대파를 가이드컨베이어에 올려놓으면 뿌리 및 불필요한 잎사귀를 자동으로 탈피하고, 대파의 굵기 등에 따라 기계의 재설정이 가능하여 대파의 훼손이 방지됨으로 대파의 상품가치를 높여줄 뿐만 아니라 가공에 따른 생산원가를 절감시키는 현저한 효과가 있다.
