The present invention relates to a garlic peeling apparatus for peeling the outer skin of garlic. The garlic peeling apparatus comprises: a body part (10)； an air spraying part (20) fixed or disposed on the body part (10)； a conveyor transferring part (30)； an outer skin collecting part (40)； and a washing water tank (50). An air spraying tip of the air spraying part for spraying high-pressure air is embedded inside the air spraying part, and garlic exposed to the high-pressure air collides with the air spraying tip during transportation to prevent damage to the body of the garlic. Thus, the quality of peeled garlic is good. The diameter of a conveyor belt of the conveyor transferring part varies so that garlic is rotated while being sufficiently exposed to the high-pressure air on a conveyor belt having a small diameter arranged between conveyor belts having large diameters directly adjacent to each other in the lateral direction. Accordingly, the outer skin of the garlic is sufficiently exposed and rotated for a sufficient time in high-pressure air.
