PURPOSE: A chestnut inner skin peeling apparatus is provided to use chestnuts for decorating food by peeling the inner skin using a rotating brush and water sprayed with the high pressure. CONSTITUTION: A chestnut inner skin peeling apparatus comprises a chestnut supplying unit, a first transfer unit(20), a spraying nozzle(30), a second transfer unit(40), and a rotating brush(50). The chestnut supplying unit consecutively supplies chestnut without the outer skin to the first transfer unit. The first transfer unit transfers the chestnut to the horizontal direction. The spraying nozzle sprays water with the high pressure for firstly removing the inner skin from the chestnut. The second transfer unit receives the chestnut by dropping. The rotating brush secondly removes the residual inner skin from the chestnut.본 발명은 밤 속껍질 박피기를 개시한다. 상기 박피기는 고압의 물 분사와 회전 브러쉬를 통해 밤 속껍질을 신속하게 자동 제거하는 박피기를 구성한 것으로, 이를 통해 밤의 속껍질을 내용물(밤 속살)에 대한 중량 손실없이 기계적으로 간단하게 제거함은 물론, 속껍질 자동 제거시 밤 표면에 대한 과육(果肉) 손상을 방지하여, 밤을 음식 장식용 또는 고부가가치의 식재료로 활용할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
