The present invention relates to an apparatus for cutting garlic stalks. More specifically, the present invention provides an apparatus for cutting garlic stalks, which enables injected stalked garlic to be automatically aligned, transferred, cut, and discharged while enabling harvested stalked garlic to be injected in a large amount. An apparatus for cutting garlic stalks according to the present invention comprises: a hopper which contains garlic injected in a large amount a garlic injecting rotary body which includes one or more garlic injecting rotary blades widening gaps between the injected garlic, and arranging and pushing the garlic a garlic injection conveyor which includes one or more garlic discharge guides with grooves which are formed in a front end of the garlic injecting rotary body and are larger than a garlic stalk but are smaller than a garlic head, to transfer the injected stalked garlic by inserting the stalked garlic to the garlic discharge guides and transferring the garlic along the garlic injection conveyor a garlic transfer rotary body which is formed in a shape having a slope such that the injected garlic is transferred along an inclined plane of the garlic transfer rotary body and a garlic stalk cutting blade which is installed in such a shape that knife blades intersect each other while being turned upside down to separate the stalked garlic into garlic heads and garlic stalks. The apparatus for cutting garlic stalks according to the present invention is capable of improving work efficiency per hour by enabling garlic injection guides formed at the garlic injecting rotary body to separate the stalked garlic injected into the hopper and to push the separated stalked garlic out to the garlic injection conveyor, thereby preventing the injected garlic from being formed in an irregular alignment such that the garlic is capable of being injected in a large amount.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016본 발명은 마늘줄기 절단장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 수확한 주대마늘을 대량으로 투입할 수 있게 하면서,
