The present invention relates to a garlic stalk cutter which, more preferably, can increase merchantability and an added value of garlic stalks by enabling a user to conveniently, rapidly, horizontally cut garlic stems in the middle of garlic stalks, and to extract the garlic stems or the garlic stalks in an easy manner when garlic is cultivated. The garlic stalk cutter is formed by embedding a cutting knife (200) in a shape of a spear in a plug (600) installed on a front end portion of a rod body (700) having a handle unit (100) formed in a predetermined length. and elastically installing a support rod (500) having a wide gap unit (300) spreading in a shape of a trumpet, and a narrow unit (400) which are formed in both lateral sides of the cutting knife (200). The garlic stalk cutter comprises the support rod (500) formed on a front end portion of the handle unit (100) and the cutting knife (200), which are formed to have an angle (&thgr；) of inclination, which is 15-45°；, on an end portion of the handle unit (100). A body (210) of the cutting knife (200) is formed in a shape of an arc, and is formed into an inclined surface (220) to become gradually sharper toward the end portion.본 발명은 마늘대 절단기에 관한 것으로, 더욱 바람직하게는 마늘재배시 마늘줄기의 중간에 있는 마늘쫑 또는 마늘대를 간편하고 신속히 수평상태로 절단하여 손쉽게 인출할 수 있도록 함으로써, 마늘줄기의 상품성을 높이고 부가가치를 향상시킬 수 있는 마늘대 절단기에 관한 것이다.그 구성은 일정길이로 형성한 손잡이부(100)를 장착한 봉체(700)의 선단부에 장착된 플러그(600)에 창형태의 절단칼(200)을 매설하고, 절단칼(200)의 양측부에 나팔형상으로 벌어진 넓은 간격부(300)와 협소부(400)를 형성한 지지간(500)을 탄력 설치하여서 구성된 마늘대 절단기에 있어서, 상기 손잡이부(100)의 선단에 형성된 지지간(500)과 절단칼(200)이 손잡이부(100)의 단부에서 15~45°의 경사각(θ)으로 경사지게 형성되고, 또 절단칼(200)의 몸체(210)는 원호형으로 형성되어 단부측으로 갈수록 뽀죡하게 경사지게 경사면(220)으로 구성하여서 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
