The present invention relates to a food transferring and drying apparatus which has a conveyer, which allows food to be placed thereon and transfers the food and is formed to smoothly come in contact with heat and is formed to be able to completely dry moisture included in the food as the food transferring and drying apparatus is formed to enable the food to stay and to be transferred as much as possible in a dryer main body (10) for drying the food. The food transferring and drying apparatus comprises: the dryer main body (10) which heats the food, which is transferred by the conveyer and discharged; a steam discharge means which is arranged in the dryer main body (10); and a conveyer transfer means which enables the food to pass through the dryer main body (10). The conveyer transfer means is formed to remain and transfer food for a long time in the dryer main body (10), dries the food by enabling the food to be continuously inserted in the dryer main body (10) for drying the food and heating the food, and thus increases productivity. The food, inserted in the dryer main body (10), has a staying transfer time during which the food is rotated and raised with respect to a heating unit (30) along a conveyer guide formed in the shape of a coil.
