PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing Natto (fermented soybeans)-like bean processed food having higher palatability than conventional Natto.SOLUTION: The method for producing Natto-like bean processed food includes: a step of adding a γ-polyglutamic acid containing composition to boiled beans, or adding the boiled beans to the γ-polyglutamic acid containing composition.
