PURPOSE: A cultivation method of wood-cultivated mountain ginseng with the active development of roots is provided to rapidly cultivate the wood-cultivated mountain ginseng. CONSTITUTION: A cultivation method of wood-cultivated mountain ginseng comprises the following steps: preparing seeds for the wood-cultivated mountain ginseng； aging a leachate of food and excrements for 40 days at 30 deg C after filtering to obtain organic liquid fertilizer； mixing 30wt% of leaf mold powder, 20wt% of fermented soybean powder, 30wt% of elvan powder, and 20wt% of organic liquid fertilizer to obtain culture soil； sowing the wood-cultivated mountain ginseng seeds to the culture soil, and growing the seeds； digging sowing grooves(2) on a mountain(1) having the floor side gradient of 40-50 degrees； and planting the obtained wood-cultivated mountain ginseng seedling in the sowing grooves after dipping into the organic liquid fertilizer.본 발명은 산양산삼 재배방법에 관한 것으로서 구체적인 것은 산양산삼의 종자를 일정장소에 뿌려서 발아시킨 후 키워서 묘삼을 만들고 이를 예정된 산에 심되 뿌리가 위로 향하도록 거꾸로 심어서 자라게 함으로써 뿌리발달이 좋게 되어 성장속도가 빠르게 되고 특히 잔뿌리의 발달이 왕성하며 충실한 산양산삼을 얻게 되는 산양산삼 재배방법이다.
