The present invention provides a method for cultivating ginseng seedlings, comprising the following steps of: (a) mixing ginseng seeds to elvan powder to germinate ginseng seeds； (b) immersing the germinated ginseng seeds in an aqueous solution containing sodium hydroxide to sterilize the ginseng seeds； and (c) seeding the sterilized ginseng seeds in a cultivation bath in which organic compost is carried to cultivate seedlings. According to the present invention, it is possible to maintain freshness of ginseng seeds for a long period of time since the ginseng seeds are mixed with elvan powder and dehisced, and the dehisced ginseng seeds are sterilized by a simple method of immersing the dehisced ginseng seeds in a sodium hydroxide aqueous solution to use a pesticide-free eco-friendly method. Also, superior seedlings can be cultivated by an easy method of seeding the sterilized ginseng seeds in a cultivation bath in which organic compost is carried as a medium, and superior seedlings having excellent quality can be cultivated while dynamically reducing production costs of ginseng since a repeated cultivation is capable. The seedlings cultivated by the method have pesticide-free and organic properties and can increase production per unit area of ginseng by having no empty furrow and by being cultivated intensively.본 발명은 (a) 인삼 종자 및 맥반석 분말을 혼합하여 인삼 종자를 발아시키는 단계； (b) 발아시킨 인삼 종자를 수산화나트륨 포함 수용액에 침지하여 인삼 종자를 살균하는 단계； 및 (c) 살균한 인삼종자를 유기성 퇴비가 담지된 재배조에 파종하여 묘삼을 재배하는 단계；를 포함하는 배지묘삼의 재배방법을 제공한다.본 발명에 따른 배지묘삼의 재배방법에 따르면, 인삼 종자를 맥반석 분말과 혼합하여 개갑시키기 때문에, 인삼 종자의 신선함을 오랜기간 동안 유지시킬 수 있고, 개갑시킨 인삼 종자를 수산화나트륨 수용액에 침지하는 간단한 방법으로 살균처리하여 무농약의 친환경 방식을 사용하며, 유기성 퇴비가 배지로 담지된 재배조에 살균한 인삼 종자를 파종하는 손쉬운 방법으로 우량 묘삼을 재배할 수 있으면서도, 연작이 가능해 인삼의 생산비를 대폭 절감하면서도 우수한 품질을 갖는 우량 묘삼을 재배할 수 있다.상기 방법으로 재배한 묘삼은 무농약 및 유기농 특성을 가지며, 헛골이 없고 밀식하여 인삼의 단위면적당 생산량을 증가시킬 수 있다.
