PURPOSE: A ginseng cultivation method is provided to prevent various possible diseases in ginseng cultivation, to accelerate ginseng cultivation, and to improve the cultivation efficiency. CONSTITUTION: 5-15 parts by weight of growth accelerating composition are mixed with 100 parts by weight of soil for ginseng cultivation(A100). Ginseng seeds are inserted into the soil in which the growth accelerating composition has been mixed(A200). The growth accelerating composition comprises 10-60 weight% of plasticized calcium and 40-90 weight% of mineral. The plasticized calcium is manufactured by plasticizing calcium carbonate at 200-1,500 deg. C for 2-10 hours, and drying. The mineral is made by mixing a single or more than two kinds selected from the group consisting of zeolite, terra alba, red clay, diatomite, red soil, kaolin and clay. [Reference numerals] (A100) Step of mixing growth accelerating composition with soil； (A200) Step of inserting ginseng seeds into the soil본 발명은 배양촉진조성물을 이용한 인삼 재배방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로는 항균성 및 항곰팡이성을 가지는 배양촉진조성물을 인삼재배를 위한 토양에 함유시키되, 배양촉진조성물로써 강한 알칼리성을 나타내는 소성칼슘과 광물질 혼합하여 적용함에 따라, 농약을 살포하지 않고도 각종 세균 및 곰팡이를 효율적으로 제거하여 인삼 재배 시 발생할 수 있는 각종 질병을 방지하며, 이로 인해 인삼의 배양을 촉진시키고 재배효율을 향상시킬 수 있도록 하는 배양촉진조성물을 이용한 인삼 재배방법에 관한 것이다.
