PURPOSE: A producing method of health supplementary food using curcuma longa is provided to add brown rice vinegar to curcuma longa, rhynchosia volubilis, and wild bamboo leaf powder. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of health supplementary food using curcuma longa comprises the following steps: washing and drying the curcuma longa, and pulverizing； washing and drying rhynchosia volubilis, and pulverizing； drying wild bamboo leaves, and pulverizing； preparing gruel using glutinous rice； mixing 60-85 parts of curcuma longa powder by weight, 10-20wt% of rhynchosia volubilis powder, 4.8-19 parts of wild bamboo leaf powder by weight, and 0.2-1 part of glutinous rice gruel by weight to obtain a mixture； adding 5-9L of brown rice vinegar to 10-12kg of mixture； and molding the mixture into pills, and drying the pills at 35-45 deg C for 24-30 hours.본 발명은 인체에 유익한 울금과 지눈이콩 및 야생죽엽을 분말화하고 이에 현미식초를 가미하여 반죽한 후 환을 만들어 건조하고 그 건조된 환에 현미식초를 공급하며 재 건조하여 먹기 용이하고 건강증진에 도움을 주는 건강보조식품을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 그 구성은 울금을 채취하여 세척하고 그 세척된 울금을 건조한 후 분말화시키는 단계； 지눈이콩을 세척하고 건조하여 분말화시키는 단계； 야생죽엽을 체취하고 건조하여 분말화시키는 단계； 찹쌀을 이용하여 죽을 만드는 단계； 울금가루, 지눈이콩가루, 야생죽엽가루, 찹쌀 죽, 현미식초를 상호 혼합하고 반죽하여 환을 만들고 건조하는 단계； 로 이루어진다.
