PURPOSE: Mature water for improving hypertension diseases is provided to be used as diet drinks because blood sugar levels decrease as a result of a clinical demonstration on ways to improve diabetes, when a mouse suffering high-fat diet hypertension drinks the mature water, weight and blood pressure of the mouse were remarkably reduced, and a manufacturing method thereof is also provided. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of mature water for improving hypertension diseases comprises the step of: selecting a raw bamboo plant with the diameter of 5-10 cm and the length between joints of 15-20 cm among 3-5 year old raw bamboo plants； forming a hole with the diameter of 10 mm which is 2-3 cm beneath from a joint of the selected raw bamboo plant； injecting 200-800 ml of mineral water in the hole； blocking the hole； ripening the output of the previous step for 5-30 days to prepare first mature water； opening the upper part and preparing a bamboo receptacle with the diameter 5-10 cm and the height of 15-20 cm； washing the inside of the bamboo receptacle and sterilizing the receptacle with steam； pouring the first mature water up to 75-85% based on the volume of the bamboo receptacle and sealing the receptacle； ripening the output of the previous step at 50-70°；C for 5-10 days to prepare secondary mature water.본 발명은 대나무의 약리 성분을 함유하여 기능성이 부가된 대나무를 이용한 숙성 생수의 제조 방법 및 상기 방법에 의해 제조된 대나무를 이용한 숙성 생수에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 고지방 식이 고혈압 마우스에서 우수한 체중 감소율 및 혈압 감소율을 나타내었으며, 당뇨 개선에 대한 임상 실험 결과 혈당 수치가 감소하는 효과를 가져, 다이어트 음료로 이용될 수 있다.
