The present invention relates to a method for cultivating peanut greens and, more specifically, to a method for cultivating peanut greens, capable of cultivating the peanut greens using only water, thus harvesting chemical-free and organic peanut greens at high yield. The method for cultivating peanut greens according to the present invention comprises the following: (a) a first step of putting humus soil at a height of 3-5 cm in a cultivation frame, wherein the humus soil is obtained by mixing and fermenting two kinds of sawdust with different diameters； (b) a second step of sowing peanut seeds on the humus soil at intervals of 1-3 cm； (c) a third step of covering humus soil on the peanut seeds at a height of 3-5 cm, wherein the humus soil is obtained by mixing and fermenting two kinds of sawdust with different diameters； (d) a fourth step of periodically sprinkling water on the humus soil in the third step； and (e) a fifth step of shipping the peanut greens grown through the fourth step. In addition, according to the method for cultivating peanut greens according to the present invention, the peanut greens can be cultivated using only water without artificial addition of metal components, usage of excessive water, and generation of excessive expenses of facilities management, thereby harvesting chemical-free and organic peanut greens at high yield.본 발명은 땅콩나물 재배방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 물만으로 재배가 가능하여 무공해 및 유기농이 가능하고 높은 수확률로 재배할 수 있는 땅콩나물 재배방법에 관한 것이다.이와 같은 본 발명에 따른 땅콩나물 재배방법에 의하면, (a) 직경이 서로 다른 2종의 톱밥을 혼합발효한 부토를 3 ~ 5 cm 높이로 재배틀에 담는 제1 단계, (b) 상기 부토 상에 땅콩종자를 1 ~ 3 cm 간격으로 파종하는 제2 단계, (c) 상기 땅콩종자 상에 직경이 서로 다른 2종의 톱밥을 혼합발효한 부토를 3 ~ 5 cm 높이로 덮는 제3 단계, (d) 상기 제3 단계의 부토 상에 주기적으로 살수를 해주는 제4 단계 및 (e) 상기 제4 단계를 거쳐 성장한 땅콩나물을 출하하는 제5 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.또한, 본 발명에 따른 땅콩나물 재배방법에 의하면, 금속성분의 인위적 첨가, 과다한 용수의 사용 및 과다한 시설관리 비용 발생이 없고, 물만으로 재배가 가능하여 무공해 및 유기농이 가능한 땅콩나물을 높은 수확률로 재배할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
