An object of the present invention is to provide a beer-like sparkling beverage having a high clarification and a low turbidity while having excellent foam and flavor. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] As a result of diligent research on a method for reducing turbidity that is increased by using a water-soluble soybean polysaccharide and hops together in producing a beer-like sparkling beverage, a carbon dioxide having a purity of 98% or more in a filtration process. It has been found that it is effective to use silicon as a filter aid.
