PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple, rapid, and accurate method for predicting filterability of unfiltered liquid as intermediate product of beer taste beverage.SOLUTION: A method for predicting filterability of unfiltered liquid as intermediate product (wort, fermented liquid, maturation liquid, and stock solution) of beer taste beverage includes measuring the concentration of fine particles having an average particle diameter of 3 μm or less, preferably the integrated concentration of fine particles of 1.1 μm or more and 3 μm or less, in the unfiltered liquid as intermediate product of beer taste beverage by the Coulter counter method.
