The present invention relates to an ultrasound-induced drug delivery system using a drug carrier in which a plurality of nanobubbles and a high concentration of a drug are contained in a single microcapsule and, more particularly, relates to a method for preparing a drug carrier, in which a high concentration of a drug and a plurality of nanobubbles are capsulated together, by generating nanobubbles in oil having the drug dissolved therein by using a nanobubble generation apparatus, and then microcapsulating the resulting oil, and an ultrasound-induced drug delivery system using same. A drug carrier using nanobubbles according to the present invention is prepared as a drug carrier in which a drug and nanobubbles are capsulated together using a nanobubble solution, and thus, in particular, when ultrasound is applied, nanobubbles collapse or agglomerate, resulting in the effect of maximizing drug delivery efficiency. In addition, the drug carrier according to the present invention contains a plurality of nanobubbles inside a microcapsule, and thus not only can be used as a drug carrier, but can also be used as a contrast agent, and a drug carrier prepared according to the method for preparing a drug carrier in which a drug and nanobubbles are capsulated together can simultaneously perform in-vivo diagnosis and treatment.
