The present invention relates to an optimizing method of manufacturing a solid starter using Saccharomyces cerevisiae Y283 (KACC93238P). Specifically, as a result of verifying an optimum condition to manufacture a solid starter of Saccharomyces cerevisiae Y283 (KACC93238P), when a starter of cerevisiae Y283 is cultured in an YPD medium at a stirring speed of 150 rpm and at a temperature of 30°C for 24 hours, the highest degree of growth and viable cell count are shown. A solid starter optimizing condition of the present invention can be utilized as a manufacturing method of a solid starter of Saccharomyces cerevisiae Y283 (KACC93238P).본 발명은 사카로마이세스 세르비지애(Saccharomyces cerevisiae) Y283(KACC93238P)을 이용한 고체종균 제조의 최적화 방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 사카로마이세스 세르비지애(Saccharomyces cerevisiae) Y283(KACC93238P)의 고체종균을 제조하기 위해 최적조건을 확인한 결과, S. cerevisiae Y283 종균을 YPD 배지에서 교반속도 150 rpm으로 30℃ 온도에서 24시간 배양하는 것이 생육도 및 생균수가 가장 높음을 확인함으로써, 본 발명의 고체종균 최적화 조건은 사카로마이세스 세르비지애 Y283(KACC93238P) 고체종균 제조방법으로 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
