The device (1) has a mold support unit for supporting a mold in a reversal position. A hammering unit i.e. runner (19), is set in motion by activation of an actuating unit i.e. jack (21), where the hammering unit is adapted to hammer a striking surface interdependent of the mold so as to release a product e.g. soft cheese, to be unmolded from the mold. The striking surface is provided as an external surface of the mold. A frame (17) is interposed between the hammering unit and the mold, where the frame has a surface adapted to comprise the striking surface.La présente invention se rapporte à un dispositif de démoulage (1) d'au moins un moule contenant un produit à démouler, comprenant des moyens de support (11) du moule adaptés pour supporter le moule au moins dans une position dite de retournement. Le dispositif de démoulage selon l'invention est remarquable en ce qu'il comprend des moyens de martèlement (19) mis en mouvement par l'activation de moyens d'actionnement (21) adaptés pour marteler au moins une surface de frappe solidaire dudit moule de façon à provoquer le démoulage du produit à démouler.
